The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), on Sunday in Maiduguri cautioned Borno inhabitants that lamp fuel blended with petrol is right now available for use in the state. Mr Ibrahim Abdullahi, Borno NSCDC Commandant expressed this in a meeting with newsmen.
