Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has guaranteed that the state government was keeping confidence with its electioneering effort guarantees towards making success and subsequently discouraging pipeline vandalism in the state. Otuaro, who remained in for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, gave the certification amid a kindness call by the Minister of State, Niger Delta Affairs Ministry, Prof. Claudius Omoleye Daramola, who was in the state to complete a review of tasks set out upon by his service.
