NNPC says refineries are presently producing 6.76million Liters of Petrol for each day



The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, has reported that the country's three refineries in Kaduna, Port Harcourt and Warri have achieved a consolidated day by day generation of more than 6.76 million liters of petrol for every day which is anticipated to increment to more than 10 million liters for every day before the end of January 2016.


An announcement by the NNPC which gave a breakdown of the premium engine soul, PMS, (otherwise called petrol) yield from the plants demonstrates that while Port Harcourt Refinery which was re-spilled a week prior is delivering somewhere in the range of 4.09 million liters, the Kaduna Refinery is contributing exactly 1.29 million liters and Warri which was re-gushed on Sunday is posting a yield of around 1.38 million liters.

The Corporation affirmed that the PMS volumes from the refineries which are right now working at an apparent rate of their nameplate limits will balance out the fuel supply and dissemination circumstance in the nation.
