Legislative leader of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, weekend, set up a powerful Advocacy Committee, headed by the Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro, to handle pipeline vandalism in the state.
Sunday Vanguard discovered that he gave the advisory group walking requests to continue to the riverine territories of the
state, particularly the harried Gbaramatu Kingdom to address the general population.

Meanwhile, the Gbaramatu Traditional Council of Chiefs, drove by Chief Clark Gbenewei, weekend, released the intimation that the general population of Gbaramatu were behind the culprits of late pipeline vandalism in the range.
