See the condition of a Health Center in Dikwa IDP Camp, Borno State



As indicated by @AndyMadaki who went on a visit with others, this is a wellbeing focus in the Dikwa IDP camp, situated in
Borno State. This camp apparently has more than 70,000 IDPs possessing it. So pitiful!
